Our specific services can be broken down into four areas: Sales, 1031 Exchanges, Management, and Consulting.

Sales – We will assist you in all aspects of the purchase or sale of a property. As a buyer’s rep, we will find the ideal property to suit your needs, assist in the negotiation, help prepare the necessary documents, and will guide you through the due diligence required.

As a seller rep, we will help you realize the full market value through our extensive marketing process. We will use all the tools available including our Web presence, e-mail campaigns, and local and national print media to market your property. We also will use our numerous relationships developed over the last half century with other real estate professionals to make sure your property receives maximum market exposure.

1031 Tax-Deferred Exchanges – We are highly experienced in facilitating 1031 Exchanges for both buyers and sellers.  We can assist you in every aspect of the exchange with our network of tax planners, attorneys, and exchange agents.

Management – Our professional team can manage your property so that you need not worry about anything. Our full service management includes farm leasing, capital improvement projects, USDA compliance, rental billing and collection, wildlife enhancement projects, and timber management and sales. We can tailor a management plan to suit your specific needs and goals. Consulting – If full services sales or management isn’t what you need or desire, we can offer our resources on a fee basis to help you with any of your specific property needs.  We can assist with estate planning, cash flow analysis, conservation easements, WRP/CRP contracts and various other aspects of property ownership.
